DCPL quality, shipping and installation
We have been in the business of manufacturing and supplying liquid oxygen plants, liquid nitrogen plants and acetylene generators. Our air separation and acetylene products are pre-packaged after their fabrication. The plants are ready to install upon their arrival at the client site.
Installation is carried out as per the layout provided by the client. Our engineers and designers manufacture each plant as per customer’s instructions. Our technical staff recommends required area, electricity voltage connection, built-up area, land-use, etc, based on the capacity of the plant machinery. However, DCPL offers oxygen and nitrogen plants with capacity ranging from 50m3/hr to 1000 m3/hr. Our acetylene plants come in capacities ranging from 20 m3/hr to 250 m3/hr.
Our industrial gas plants are thoroughly tested after manufacturing to ensure their performance. The plants are containerized at the factory under the supervision of shipping & logistics department. Then, it is transported to the country of installation. It is opened only after the container reaches the client destination. Our engineer and technician reach the site to complete the installation and educate the support staff of the client in running & maintaining the plant machinery.

DCPL has got state-of-the-art factory Delhi, India equipped the latest tools and technology. In the fabrication of cryogenic oxygen and nitrogen plants, we use only the cryogenic grade stainless in the construction of air separation columns. DCPL pays special attention to the making of the columns since 60% working of air separation plants depend on the quality of the column. Our focus is to provide our clients with products that deliver reliably trusted performance. Our R & D dept continues to introduce newer innovations from time to time.
Testing of air separation and acetylene products is essential to ensure their satisfactory performance. Our competent engineers are engaged in the testing process so that each product performs as per our standards and quality. During testing, we use x-rays to expose faulty welding, apply DP testing on materials and hydrostatic testing of machinery, parts and equipment. Interconnecting pipes and pressure vessels are also tested to check their structural integrity and strength.
